Should we get offers below the established price level, we contact you and present you with the offer. It's "your call" to accept the Buyer's price or make a counteroffer. - You always control the sale.

We ask you for the machine's Condition which you might rate high like "Like New" or low like "As Taken From Service." Please be conscientious and responsible in your rating; it creates an expectation for the potential Buyer and someone, most likely you or EX-FACTORY has to pay and "make up" to the Buyer if it was misrepresented.

We strongly urge you to provide digital images or 35 mm photos of your equipment in its current condition -- images of a clean machine in a presentable surrounding. Take several shots from different angles and some close-ups of the machine's major components. Remember a picture saves (1,000) words – especially in "long distance" sales, and they help tremendously to document the overall condition of the machine.

Price negotiations need to be handled by us. We are experienced and skilled and can distinguish between an "I want to steal it" and a "reasonable, fair market" offer. Once the "sale" is made we issue an invoice & purchase order, and we pay you the seller prior to shipment.

While we handle the freight arrangements for the Buyer (but in most cases) we ask you to handle the loading (Logistics) on the truck we provide. Shipping charges are generally paid by the Buyer, and in some cases, by EX-FACTORY.
